“First time riding abroad and I couldn’t have picked a better tour company to go with. I cannot fault John and Jen and their organisation skills in creating such a fabulous tour. We were spoilt with the hotel accommodation, ranging from city centre locations to wonderful rural retreats. We even had evening meals included at some of our stays (don’t know how they do it for the price!).
We were treated to a tour of a port distillery which included an unbelievable Michelin Star lunchtime meal – unbelievable (again, don’t know how they do it for the money).
Everyone on the tour got along, making it even more special.
Last, but definitely not least, the routes chosen by John and Jen for us to ride. I don’t have words to describe them or do them justice, so I’ll just use one – EPIC.
Thank you John and Jen and thank you to all the other guests as you all made my first riding experience abroad totally fantastic.
So if anyone takes the time to read this, and you are thinking of booking a motorcycle trip abroad, please give BN European Tours serious consideration. You won’t regret it.
Final words – I honestly don’t know how they do it for the money………“

“Hi John and Jen, thank you both for a wonderful tour. The riding was great from start to finish, with amazing roads and scenery. Having never done a tour before we were a little apprehensive about the marker system etc. It didn’t take long for us to get to grips with it and settle into some memorable riding.
The hotels were all good for different reasons. Our favourites were in Santiago de Compostela and Guimaraes. The rooms and the breakfasts in these two were outstanding. If we were to be picky, then our least favourite was in Potes where the room lacked a/c and the breakfast was more limited. That being said we have stayed in some fairly rough ones on previous trips and this was still far better. We enjoyed the visits that you arranged to Porto, the quinta, the old village and cable car ride. These were the icing on the tour cake. All the meals that you included were lovely, especially at the Quinta in Calvos and at the port-making quinta.
We don’t know how you do it for the money !!!
Once again thank you. You are both wonderful hosts and we can’t fault the tour. We have been touring the UK and Europe for 30 years on our own and we both agree that this was our best biking holiday ever. Looking forward to our next trip with you. Kind regards“

“Our 7th tour with BN European Tours and probably the best so far! John & Jen thought of everything as usual. A great mix of roads including lots of twisties with fantastic scenery, coffee and fuel stops planned at just the right time. A good variety of hotels and the luxury of several meals included in the price. They even arranged perfect weather for us! With a great group of people on the tour we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a great holiday, we’ll be back!“
